A/c--Heater controls faceplate

I am looking for a new faceplate for my 2004 f-150.....I have the digital controls so I am looking for the faceplate that fits that.

Does anyone know where I can find one other than ordering it from ford??

Are you talking about the piece that goes around the radio and A/C controls? The part that's wood grain in a Lariat and carbon fiber in a lux. FX4?
