Painted Calibers or not?

I am upgrading my brakes next Saturday and was wondering what everyone thinks about my truck having red calipers. I don’t want to paint them and they look bad. If anyone out there has some picture please post them.

Thanks,
Brandon

I have gone back to black when I replaced the calipers. But here is when they were red....

Hope this helps...

I could see red on my truck, but on yours I'd go silver

I plan on painting mine when I replace my rotors. As for the color? Not sure yet? I was thinking red.

I was thinking the same thing. I'm going to do red myself.

I can take pictures if anyone wants. I just painted mine black when installed a set of Wagner Thermo's (pads and rotors) up front last weekend.

I painted mine black when I installed the Powerslots and have no regrets.

I have high-temp metallic (sliver) with black rotors, but next time I do brakes i'm gonna go with all black. Red (powercoat) is nice if you are into a nice sporty brakes

Seems like the flavor of the month/year is red. Not a big fan of going with that color unless it was on a red truck or they were Brembos. Red on stockers not so much. Me personally I like painted calipers and I think its cleaner then the grayish stock ones but I went with black on my Lightning (was black) and black on my Silver FX4. They are not even noticable which is what I was looking for. Good luck!
