Finally Got My AS And Tires...
I went with the 2" AS and 305/65/18 BFG AT's. I really like the way it turned out. The front and rear wheel wells measure almost identical in height and the tires fill it out nicely. Take a peek at my gallery and let me know what you think. I apologize up front, some of the photos are a little glarey. Anyway, thanks to all the discussion on these forums I'm off to a good start with my first F150.

Thanks for the kind words everybody. I'm pretty happy with the truck right now. I definitely need to get underneath and get things cleaned up a bit, but I need a little better weather to do that. Otherwise, I'm going to let my wallet heal up a little from the tire purchase and then, like many, start thinking about what to do next. Exhaust?...Intake?....Wheels?
By the way HMFIC, you're right. Your truck is one of the trucks that I noticed that used the 2" spacer rather than the 2.5". After seeing yours and a couple of others, and measuring my wheel wells, I decided I only needed the 2" to level it out. So far I'm happy with that decision.
The tires seem to be a good choice as well. They are quieter than I expected and ride pretty nice. It does seem a little rougher, but I went from stock with road tires, to 2"AS and 33" AT's in one quick swoop so I guess it's to be expected. Still rides like a dream down the hightway though.
Well, thanks again for all the information and the nice comments on my truck. I'll be back with an updated gallery once I decide on my next mod.
