i have 38000 on my truch and its staring to make nose in the rear end like a tumpin nose when i tern from a stop, help

 

Sounds like the limited slip rear end is wearing out. Probably need new clutch packs in the differential.

 

Is it only when TURNING from a stop, or is it anytime you accelerate from a stop. If it's only when turning, then like freekyFX4 said, it's probably your LS clutch packs (you do have LS, don't you?)... If it happens even when you're not turning, then it's likely the slip yoke (the end of your driveshaft). They can lube it to temporarily fix it, but perm fix is to replace the entire driveshaft.
