Steering Click After 3in Body and 6in Pro Comp

Ok, I finished my 6in Pro Comp, and there is now a click when turning. It is not a constant click click click click. But just one click each time you turn. It seems like it is coming from in the cab when you are listening under the hood. But sounds like it is coming from under the hood when you listen from in the cab. So maybe its in the firewall? I know others have had clicking problems, please let me know your solutions.

Thanks

P.S. 38's go on tomorrow.

Pictures of what? If your talking about pics of the truck, I will get some up soon. I dont think pictures of the steering shaft will help, however you think it will let me know what to take pics of.

Thanks

Did you install a extension on the steering shaft?

Because you did a body lift it might be different but with the procomp kit you need to bend a tab down more on the steering shaft boot because it hits the frame but only once per wheel turn. It sounds like thats the issue so check it out. at the ujoint right befor the rack bend that pinch clamp down more to clear the frame.

I got 38x15.5R18 ATZ's. I got them mounted, but they rub pretty bad. I will try to get some pics up tonight.
