I've searched every part store and online and cannot find a Upper ball joint (with control arm) for sale. Is there a way to replace the upper ball joint with a 2003 year one? It looks the same. Or can just the ball joint be pressed outta the upper control arm? Reason being is that a new one from the dealer is $292. Also no online ford parts stores carry them.

 

no it cant be used and i got my UCA from Directfordparts.com for 89 each. also you must replace the whole UCA but there are replacement ball joints for the lower.
