Where to get the cheapest 17x9

Okay so I am thinking about taking a roadtrip to go see my gf in Florida but I decided I would probably need a spare tire. I still have an old Pro-Comp X-Terrain but I need a rim. So my question is where can I find the cheapest 17x9. I don't care what it looks like or if it is a blem. I don't think my factory spare rim would work since it is too narrow, right.

How about these? http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...rw=10&bp=6-135

I know they are 17x10 but they are cheap as hell-I might use these with some DR's for the track.

those are cheap but I can get my rims that I have right now for like $170 I might as well cough up the extra $60 for a matching rim. Anyone else?

Thanks black3v

my local tire store has rims for <$100 per rim...they're just POS black steel, but they work...I'd also check a junkyard...lots of lifted trucks get wrecked out, you might get lucky

Yeah that's all I need just something that will get me down the road if anything happens (knock on wood) I will have to call around. I would go to the junkyard but I am not sure if they would know or if I would know how to measure it if the tire is on there..

Here is an 18x9:

If you email that guy and ask him how much for a 17x9, it would probably be about $100, or less.

Thanks

your best bet would be to look for an Expedition...especially if you live near Dallas/Ft. Worth or Houston. there is a pretty bid tuner scene in them thar parts. those things get bigger rims like it's going out of style. also, call the local "tuner shops"...they've got to be dumping the OEM rims somewhere

an easy way to check is to lay the tire flat on the ground, then stick your tape measure through the center hole and measure to the top of the rim. it'll get your close. I'd say within an 1"
