Putting the wheels back on.

I was wondering if anyone uses a torque wrench to put on there lug and what do the torque them to? or just put them on. i just dont want to mess up my rims and any help would be great.

I use a torque wrench every time - the owner's manual says 150lb/ft of torque.

I never use a torque wrench. Just my half inch breaker bar, as tight as I can get them without giving myself a hernia. If you go to a shop, tell them to be careful with the impact wrench. I have seen too many screwed up looking lug nuts after they spin them on with the impact. I guess they are covered by the centercaps on these rigs anyway, though.

After several warped rotors from dealers over-tightening the lug nuts, I personally torque them down to 150 ft/lbs anytime the wheels are removed... It's especially important on the 2wd models, because the hub and rotor are one assembly.
