Seat foam bunching up

This is annoying.. my XLT Scab (cloth seats) is starting to have the foam bunch up where my legs slide across to get in. So under my left thigh, when I'm driving, I feel these lumps. Very uncomfortable.

Anyone else have this happen, and were you able to somehow reach in there and smooth it out?

Truck is way past the end of the warranty (48K miles).

I had the same problem... So when I swapped in the sport leather in my truck I went to the dealership and bought a new seat foam for the drivers seat bottom... It was about $75 if I remember correctly. Now it is like a Brand new seat in my 04

If the seat cover material is still good just put in a new pad.

My running boards help prevent this, I step up, in, and sit down.
