update my edge

so this past weekend i installed my kodiak steps.... nice.... in the process i reprogramed my truck to stock and pulled the edge out to disconnect the battery.. my edge still lets me program but cant callibrate for my 35's + i cant find my damn cord to update... anyone know where i can get a cord to fit? I was thinking it has to be a universal one so maybe some computer store might have it.

problems with custom programing are normally due to user error, not having the key on when installing the Edge will effect custom settings.

This is true, but you may want to update at some point so to answer your question it's just a regular USB cable.

It uses a standard mini USB cable. Even Wal-Mart carries them.

That particular cable is used by some digital cameras. You should be able to find one easily by taking the Edge in with you and comparing the connector with the end of the cable.

That's called mini-usb. Should have those at camera shops.
