Question 2007 vibration? acceleration?

Has anyone experienced the vibration problem going 65-70 with a 2007? I'm starting to look (fx4 supercab) and I'm wondering if this is something Ford has finally fixed or if I should look out for it.

Also- does anyone else think the 2007's feel faster off the line? I drove a similary equipped '06 and '07 and I swear the '07 was quicker....or maybe its just my subconcious telling me I want the brand new truck

My 07' is fine, no vibe. And yes, the 07's feel faster and more responsive off the line because Ford is getting better at their drive by wire setup. 04's were the worst, each year they get a little better with 07's the best so far.

My previous truck was a Ram with the hemi, so the acceleration even with 3.73's vs. the 3.55s I had in the Ram is nothing to impressive, but it's OK. I've never driven any other '04+ F-150 so I can't compare.

I also have no vibration. My truck just hums right along quietly at 2,000 rpm at 70 mph.

I have a vibration from 65-70 but I think its because the tires are crap. I'm getting them rebalanced tomrrow.
