KRAZY KANUCK,

How does your Boyo license plate backup camera perform in low light conditions, given the camera requires 0.3LUX minimum illumination. Do the reserve lights output enough light to make the camera effective under moonlight conditions?

Thx.

What, you don't drive at night! <just kidding>

The fact that you haven't noticed a problem says enough.

The next time you're out and about at night, please have a look at your display and let me know you thoughts on how the camera performances. I'd appreciate it!

Thx and have a good weekend!

P.S. Are you in the GTA?

You mean boomtown!

That would explain why you don't drive in the dark... the city has lots of $$$$$ to burn so they crank up the lighting to make it look like daylight all of the time.

Keep me posted on the Boyo performance the next time you go out at night or if you have nothing better to do at night hop in the truck and put your baby in reverse for a few seconds and note what you see (or don't see).

<Thanks and have a great weekend>

Sorry for the delay, but i finally had a chance to test the camera out when it was dark out, and it works great.

Thanks dude!

I crossed me fingers and ordered the Boyo VTL200 yesterday, so it's a relief to hear that you didn't have any issues with using the camera in the dark.

Have a great weekend.

I about the VTL300 b/c of KK and I have to say that I love it. Has anyone changed the angle of the camera from what factory had it set to?
