Lean Bank 1 &2

I have the Edge Evo and realy like it.
Today I installed an AF1 intake and now I have a Check Engine.
Lean Bank 1 and 2
Do I have to return to stock and reset the stock program(disconect the neg battery and turn the lights on) and then reinstall the edge?

Return it to stock and then unplug the battery for a while.. at least 15mins.

Try again. If you still get a CEL, call up Troyer Performance and get you a XCAL2.

you could also try changing your fuel filter. it may have been slightly restricted but not lean enuf to set a code untill it saw all of that air from your new intake.

Which AF1 did you get the 3 or the 3.5? I just ordered one, a 3", since that's all that's offered for the 4.6. Through all my reading, the 3.5 needs a custom tune to avoid the lean condition and possible CELS relating to it. Not sure how much you've read, so if I'm just echoing the other posts, disregard. Another cause for some of the CELS is not having everything tightened down just right. Let us know if you get it resolved. I'm interested in finding out if you need to return to stock and then reset your Edge, which I think I plan to do when mine comes in.

The 3" shouldn't trip a code once you've reset the PCM.. just also make sure you have your MAF oriented properly..
