for those of you who have hide away strobes, where and how do you have them mounted in the headlights? I've got the ones in the tail lights already but need help with the headlights. Also where are you mounting the power supply?




yea yea, I know they could be interpreted as impersonating a cop, but I'm only going to use them for show and emergencies like when my mom totaled her car and I was there on the side of the road in my truck w/ just hazard flashers.

i put the strobes in my corner marker lights. i didn't look at the headlights cause i wanted them for intersections but the headlights look like they have plenty of room. as for the power supply i mounted mine behind the rear seat but you have a 2004, different style so idk................i'm sure theres room

 

i just bought some hideaway strobes and a power supply my power supply is pretty large so im mounting it under the back seat on the side with one seat next to my 12 disc changer, im having the strobes installed tommrow i think and i havent decieded if i want them in those yellow corner things in my head light or it i want it in the actual headlight

the reason i got stobes is for show too
i also bought a galls PA system
it beat all those other crap POS fake pa systems

where did you mount ur taillight strobes ive been thinking about putting them in the reverse light place on the taillight i havent really looked yet though do you have any pics

 

i added pics to my gallery, take a look. I have video of the lights in action at night however cannot figure out how to get them on here. I put clear bulbs in the red housing. my reverse lights have too small of an area. i put strobes in my cargo lights but had to remove the cargo lights.........who uses those anyway!! idk the measurments of my power supply but its a whelen six outlet 90watt power supply.

 

Which kit did you buy? I've been wanting to do this but I want to do a clean install so I've been putting it off.
