Are the Roush and Airaid the same CAI with different lables?
Is anyone using one on an 07 5.4?

Not sure about the Roush. The Airaid was a disappointment for the $$$. These guys seem to be happy with the S&B so far, I like my K&N FIPK. There's alot of unhappy people with the Volant as well.

 

Any thoughts or opinions on the JLT RAI Kit?

 

Hi.

If properly set up with the required custom tuning, some folks here have seen decent gains. The key is the tuning, IMHO.

Might consider doing a search.

The Roush is merely a re-badged Airaid. Airaid makes the intakes, places new logos on them and sells it to Roush.

They ARE identical in just about every way except for very subtle cosmetic differences like the polished inner wall of the filter guard as seen in the pics below.

You're paying about $30-$60 more for the Roush for the Roush badge .. .. .. depending on where you purchase it, it could be a little more.

 

Al, i bought an airaid cai. and with the EDGE on my 07 its great.. sounds sick too.. anyone know if EDGE ever came out with an 07 update?? im getting sick of this check engine light crap.....
