Need some help from the Mechanics

I'm roush intercooled and it threw a check engine light not long after I got it back. Codes are po 351-358; dealer says its showing primary circuit coil failrure. They are stumped. Can't be all coils or the thing would not be running and missing like it is. Wiring loom problem? PCM? I 'd appreciate any input from someone with knowledge. Thanks

Was the roush installed by the dealer? Or did you do it by yourself?
