looking for something quiet at start up but good sound when you get on it! and dual side exit!

You just described MagnaFlow. They make a couple of dual side exit cat back kits. I love my MagnaFlow 16612, it is the single rear side exit. They sound good and make a little extra power, too.

Magnaflow...they're pretty quiet at idle and while cruising in OD, but they're loud when you get on it...they make good power as well...
