So I took my truck in to get the 4x4 fixed

needs new left hub and seal, and new control arms

I call bs, why the #$@( would you need a new control arm. Your hub is an easy fix, I just swapped mine out and it only cost $125 shipped to my door. To swap the hub it didn't take too long, do it yourself if you have the know how.

How many dealers did you take it to before you told them to work on it?

You should have tried a few different dealers to see what they all said if you didn't.

This is the first dealership I've been able to actually leave my truck at for a couple days so the inspector could come take a look at it. I havent had anything fixed yet I just had em look at it to see if it would be covered under warranty. Josiah where did you order your hub from??

but doesnt a lift just lower the 4x4 casing and doesnt change anything will factory componets

My guess is they think the lift/tires put stress on the hub causing it to break.

Josiah you got the part number that you used to get your hub??
