Reverse Wire Location - 05 SCrew
I wanted to create this thread because I needed this question answered and was confused after I read the previous posts on this subject.
The reverse wire location on my 2005 F150 SCrew was under the front drivers door sill plate. The wire color is Black with a Pink stripe.
I tried the green wire with the yellow stripe above the fuse box on the passanger side and this wire is switched with the ignition. This will not work.
FYI: I was installing the rearview camera for my Pioneer Z1. Please verify this information for your own application because this information is valid for my truck and my application. If this does not work for you, I'm sorry.
