Question Nitto mud grappler question

My question is how many of you are running the mud grapplers on your daily driver and if so how do you like them? I dont know which tire i want yet it is between the mud grapplers or the terra grapplers. Or do any of you guys have a tire suggestion?

I run the Mud Grapplers on mine. Ride is smooth... just loud as hell. You get used to it though. If you are looking for a mud terrian tire, I've heard that the Toyo Open Country MT's are really quiet and smooth.

Personally, I have had both (currently running Mud Grapplers). For a daily driver I would stay away from the mud grapplers. I love these tires to death but they are loud, that is the only thing, other than that great! I think they are the best looking/performing tire on the market but if I had to do it over I would go with a different tire being I do most of my driving on the road. The terra grapplers, decent tire but I think there are better out there for an all-terrain.

How would you compare them to the goodyear mtrs? I had a set of them on my jeep cherokee. Not that i would buy the goodyears again cause of price but was just looking for an comparsion.

I am running 37' Grapplers and I hate them. They could never be balanced since the day they were new and they are loud as hell.
They wear bad and shake like crazy.
I will buy something else next time

I have had a couple sets of BGF All Terrains and I LOVED them! They don't perform off road like a mud grappler will, but they are quiet and smooth on the road. They also last a long time and hold up well in off-road situations. IMO the BFG is the best all around all-terrain tire out there. I just wish they weren't so expensive!

I was told that as long as you keep the air presure right and rotate them on a regular basis you should have no problems. I under stand that they will be noisey i have had mud terrain tires before just not this brand.

I personnaly haven't used the Toyo's or the Goodyears. A friend of mine has the Goodyear MTR's on his 2500 Chevy and they have worn incredibly fast. I've heard on heavier trucks this will. Again haven't personnaly used them.

As far as balancing, I've never had an issue with the tires.
