Yeah, aggies are in charge of the state/country and it shows big time. Look at where we're at.
I'm not bitter, just practicing my anti-drug (see sig).....besides, I own my business and aggies are way too dumb for me to hire them. hook-em

Not to mention a few cosmetics like Harley Lights, new 3rd brake light, and an FX2 Grill. I'm just now getting to the original sticker price and still way below what they're asking for these with all the Autozone stick-ons. Taste is matter of opnion, but this truck is WAAAAY overpriced!

I have the same hood, but opted not to get the RAM-AIR. I talked to Mike Troyer A while back and he advised against it. I agree that the sticker is overprised and like I said I would never pay that, but the good thing is that all those "stick ons" are covered under the factory warranty. This is my first Ford and my First truck, so I was pumped to get it after I saw it on the lot. Unfortunatly I've learned my lesson about depreciation BIG TIME on these F150's

I hope that people realize that all the mods and I mean all the expensive mods don't really mater when its trade in time. People choose to get superchargers, lifts, "STICK ONS" and other expensive mods and you know what?????? it doesn't make your truck worth much more. This is the case whether its a Ford, Chevy or a Dodge. I try to have thick skin on these forums, but people can be inconsiderate. I think for the most part a good percentage of members are very helpful and encourage one another to customize their truck as they choose and thats great

MY truck has a hood that members purchased, MY truck has a tonneu cover that people have purchased, MY truck has Fender flares that people have purchased, MY truck has Terra grapplers that people purchased. The only difference is that I choose to get a vehicle that all those great looking mods.........what's wrong with that?????

Sorry for the rant.

With the exception of the mouldings on the doors and maybe the hood that truck looks like most of modded trucks on this site. Not my cup of tea but besides the doors it's not that out of line of what is popular.

Now the UGLIEST was one posted here a while back that had all kinds of red paint on the inside. Now that was a ruined truck!

My point is, a person could add the exact same mods for a much lower price and have the same look. The same person could also add the same mods and a lot of performance mods on a Lariat or FX4, have a much better performing truck for the same price as this one on Ebay. With a Lariat's and FX4's stickers coming in at $42K-$45K (which nobody pays MSRP on F150's), the price they are asking is not worth the mods added. Huge amount of mark-up for cheap, plastic, stick-on parts.

I understand your point. But I think most of the argument is how "ugly" people think the truck is. there is no question you can save on the MSRP and get your own mods and save a few extra bucks.

I actually thought they looked OK when I checked out the Tuscany site, but that was before the door panels were part of the package. The biggest problems are a. the door panel thingys. Too Avalanchy for me. b. the price is pretty high for no real performance improvements. For that price, I'd want a blower w/warranty. I've seen posts here from people looking for the grille, so like everything it's gonna be opinion. I have an Aspen green truck. Some like it, some don't. Whatever, I gotta drive it. And the comments about mods. is true. For the most part, I might put a few on, but when it's time to buy a used vehicle I shy away from mods. They don't add value, except to the current owner in most cases. In fact, I would bet that if I advertised my truck as having custom tunes, there'd be a whole segment of potential buyers who don't know what that means, and wouldn't even call on it. Too bad the thread degraded to shots about Tejano music, TJ taxi's, etc. Not cool. MM2FTX's looks good. Long and the short of it, the ebay Tuscany truck is pretty ugly. Ugliest ever? I'm sure we can find other contenders.

By far, the best mod I ever made was adding the twin-screw blower. These trucks make pathetic power stock. 200-220 rwhp for a 6000lb truck is ridiculous. All other truck manufacturers produce a much more powerful engine (I don't consider the Ridgeline a truck!) Luckily, the Ford modular-motor is very mod friendly, so it's fairly easy to improve on the stock configurations lackings. Why don't we see anybody other than Roush offering a conversion that is more performance minded instead all bling-bling and $$$$$.
