What am I not seeing or missing. I love the look of these!

No Problem, so your saying that with the parking lights you will be able to see "Just the halo" while looking at the truck head on? Correct?

Camera's can't take as perfect pictures as if you where in person... the halo is very visible to on coming traffic, but it is not bright enough to drive around with at night without havig your fog lights on... I am looking into getting the 6000k fog lights, either a bulb or a hid so it matches the Halo's... I also think i should replace the Silver Stars with a 6000K bulb if they have one...

So the halo is a 6000k, the main bulbs are the stock bulbs, is that correct?

yes the halo is 6K but the headlights are the silverstar so they are a little brighter than the stock lights... so 6k light bulbs/HID's should match nicely...

Keep in mind that the actual Halo within the assembly isn't really putting out light so that you can see down the road - it's purely asthetic... and, yes... it does look really good. My replacements are due in next Tues... I'm anxious to get them back on the truck but, before I do, I'll be going around the seam between clear plastic and black plastic with some RTV or silicone to ensure that they're sealed.

Its not blue at all... that was a pic with just the halo's on... so it looked really blue... Its a little less output than the ss because its not as scattered more in a focused point... I will try to take some shots of all the different light settings...
