You might be able to get them on, but wouldn't look right IMO, the wheel styles are very different, i.e. the KR caps are designed to stick out whereas the LT wheels are flush.

it was kinda hard to tell from the pics i could find of the lincoln wheels whether they sat flush or not...thanks for clarifying

One thing to mention, if you're looking at the 18" LT wheels I've seen a center cap that has the Ford logo instead of the Lincoln logo that looked good, dealer had them and said they could be ordered but I don't have Part Numbers....
