Add-a-leaf???

Well, today I got the "I wanna get bigger" bug and wasnt satisfied (yes i know this sounds awkard) with my 2004 screw with a 2.5" as leveling kit. I cant justify spending so much money on a lift kit (want to but just dont have the $$$), but i was thinking about a add-a-leaf. I dont know much about them, but i see that many of you have them. All i know is that is adds to your rear.

Would it be a good idea if i got one and how much of a pain is it to install (i installed my leveling kit and was about an 8.5 on my difficulty chart)? Also how big should i go? I also tow a trailer everynow and then if it matters....Thanks!

The aal is fairly simple to install but you might want to have an extra set of hands on standby to help. With the 2.5" AS, I'd stick with the 1.5" aal. Also, the guy that makes the AS leveling kit has added some rear lift blocks to his line. Just something to think about.

Just added the aal and have put abotu 500 miles on with it. Review: Love it. Bed doesn;t sag with a load like it used to. Is NOT jiggly (maybe a hair but I have to think about it to notice). Install - well it looked simple but I cheated and had it done at a local shop along with my front spacers for $200 out the door incl the alignment. Thinking one hour labor woudl get the springs installed. Truck site at a nice height and slight rake still

The AAL is not too bad to install . The Pro Comp instructions sucked so incredibly bad though.
