Well I am bored again...which rim do you like better?

Well I am bored to death with the truck again...and since I am not paying what they want for a new Avalanche I need to do something to hold me over until either the new F150s or Rams come out. So I am thinking of new rims...and since everybody and thier moma have 24s now I of course need 26s. SO which of these rims do you guys like better?

VCT Scareface 26x10s

Gianelle 10 Flush 26x10s

I would really like to find some with a black center and chrome lip but I cant find any in 26x10.

Oh and before anybody says something about how skinny the tires are, I could careless. I live in the south...there is no snow, potholes aren't a problem, and in the first 3 years I have owned the truck I havent had the need to drive it down a dirt road much less of road it...so the rubberbands fit my needs just fine.

BTW anybody looking for a deal on a set of 24s with nearly new tires...PM I know where you can get some!

Out of those two? The second ones. I'm not a fan of the rivet looking additions to wheels- too busy IMO. I like the simple style of the second set, but I fear there isn't enough wheel there to really see them.

I doubt you have many choices for a classy looking 26 though

I am leaning toward those too, but they look so much like the ones I already have:

But then again 2 more inches should make a big difference...then again if I am dropping $6K on them I dont want to have to point out I got new rims! Man I wish I could find some good looking black ones!

Definately the first ones, the second ones look like they belong on a car.

These are the ones really like I want...but there only availble in 24x10:

Of course I could go with these and use my tires back and save about $4K....but still have tiny wheels.

That looks just like the Lorenzo WL15 which is available in 26x10

I actually like these even though I'd never put 26's on a truck

Whatever you do, I wouldn't do something just to do something...especially if it will run you 4-6k.

Heck, if you wanted change, and you have 6k burning a hole in your pocket, why not a supercharger?

So um... yeah... can you lend a friend a couple thousand too?

Side note: I still can't get the blinkers to go... I can't figure it out...

Well its either do something or trade it...and really there is nothing I want to trade for right now. I could "stand" the truck for another year and a half with some 26s on it I think. The money isnt a big issue because I can get 75% of it back when I take them off and sell them, I do that all the time...besides its a tax right off for me anyway.

As for the supercharger, I honestly could careless about the truck being fast. Its my daily driver that I have to depend on for work and I cant see taking away any of the dependability to make it "less slow"...cause even low 14s is still SLOOOOWWW in my book. Besides when I want to go fast I always have my Firehawk and soon I will have my 87 Formula finished (383 with fully worked Vortec heads and a 150 shot...at least 500HP on the gas to the rear wheels and its set up to drive much more than to be a race car). The truck can be slow as Christmas as long as it looks good.

How bout invest in some larger brakes because those tiny stock rotors behind those big wheels already looks ricey, and 26in wheels would dwarf the rotors even more...

I say brakes, oh wait thats not on the list.

Well if I had an extra $500 bucks laying around I would have had an exhaust or a tuner on the truck, not throwing it away on a stupid gambling game...

I think I might need to just splice (sp?) the wires and just do a straight connect, instead of the clamps, it might not have gone all the way thru... Going to ask my dad for some help on it... he is the handy man

And I am not busy til the early mornings I excerise for about 2 hours, and my legs are definetly getting toned now
