In your original post you said it was "bent" too far down so some of us probably assumed it could be "bent" back how it was. Sorry, just trying to help....

That would bug me too. Hopefully you can return it after it's been installed.

Actually, from looking at the pics of the grille sitting on the floor before installation, it looks like its not a matter of the end of the second bar being bent down, but a matter of the bottom bar being bent up, therefore bending the 2nd bar up just left of the weld. RamSS/T clued me in when he mentioned that the bottom bar was higher on the right than it was on the left. I'd say carefully pry down on the second bar just left of the weld while putting some upward pressure on the end of the second bar just right of the weld. I'll bet that everything straightens out just fine.

Let us know what happens...

I'm not jumping on you... But I did state at the end of the post that it can't be bent because its welded that way... Didn't mean to sound ungrateful for the help or opinions, sorry if it came off that way :o

I called the company but got a VM and I also sent an email showing the picture of the bent bar... hopefully I can get a refund... or atleast a partial refund... still haven't installed the lower grille yet, as I am waiting to hear what the company says...

You asked for pics of a Carriage Works grille, well here are some pics of my truck when I had a black one on it (I have only had 5 different grilles in the truck... .) A polished one would like just about like the grille you have...just straight . In all serious the quality of these grilles is next to none.

without

My bumper insert was bent. I was able to get the bend out of it. Here is what it looked like.

Carriage Works

Can't beat the Carriage Works quality...100% American Made...it's more costly than the cheaper imported stuff, but you get what you pay for sometimes.

I'm like you man, that bent bar would drive me insane.

Good luck!
