Painting center caps (pic) watcha think?

My center caps are all scraped up, so here's a quick photoshop of them black. I really like it, what do you all think?

That adds a nice variety. Might even look better if you could match the charcoal that is already on the rim.

Regardless, I vote yes.

I think it would just look like your missing your caps

I like the FX4 Rims they kinda look like KMC ROCK STARS........... Kinda

lol i dont hit curbs. It must be all them flat tires i get, and the caps keep getting dinged up when i keep taking the wheels off.

I thought it would look cool maybe gunmetal grey? rustolem makes an identical color to gunmetal

I say no...not just because it would be ugly, but more because I seriously doubt the paint will live. If your chrome is getting dinged up then the black paint will certainly get scraped off and with the chrome behind it it will stand out like a soar thumb. Plus if you use any wheel cleaner on them it will probably screw the paint up as well. So unless you make sure you use the right paint its just not a good idea at all IMO.
