Talking Three new mods today!!!

... and I love them all! I just installed my Banks Monster Exhaust, UWS Lo Profile toolbox, and removed the 2" spacers to attempt to level out my 4x4. I say attempt 'cause it's still about 1-1/2" high in the back but I can live with that. Removing the spacers does make a noticeable differance in the look and handling in my opinion. I have alot more pictures of each mod but I'm having difficulty uploading pictures tonite for some reason. I will probably do a full write up on the Banks in the Exhaust section in the near future with more pics, but for now let me just say I am very happy with it so far.

Now if I could just decide on a CAI.... I'm still torn between the AF1, and Outlaw.

Maybe you guys can help me decide!

Looks good man. And good choice on the exhaust. And I don't know if you are dead set on those intakes but i have the AEM Brute Force and I really like the oiless filter. Just thought I'd give you another option.

Thanks Zachespo. Yea I had listened to the sound clips you posted on the banks in previous threads ... the sound from the monster is unique isn't it

The dry filter is one of the advantages I like about the outlaw too. The AEM looks impressive as well.

Ya I really like the sound and no highway drone. I guess I haven't kept up in whats going on with the new intakes now that I got mine.

does everybody have the 5"round pipe tip on the Banks Monster Exhaust? I purchased mine about 2 months ago directly from Banks and got an oval style tip. Check it out in my gallery.

By the way, I LOVE that exhaust tone that the Banks gives my truck. the 3.5" tailpipe really makes a difference. Good lookin truck 04TrueBlue4x4

Zachespo and SoCalBlue,
I think we are starting a trend here with blue trucks and Banks exhaust!

SoCalBlue,
I ordered mine direct from the factory too, spoke with Richard Norman (engineering)for almost an hour before I purchased. I am very impressed with thier customer service. He told me that they were going with the oval tip on all of thier systems, but I had a choice since a few of the round ones were still in stock for my truck (Regular Cab) I went ahead with the round since I was more familiar with it, but now that I see the oval on yours it does look really good too, especially along with those 20" wheels

I like the oval tip but i wish it was double walled like the 5" round tip. My tip is already starting to discolor from the heat. But the fit and finish of the Banks exhaust is unbelievably great!
