Okay here goes.
Full Royal Purple Treatment. Right now I use Royal Purple motor oil. I am talking the full course treatment.
Hypertech Power Programmer III. Yeah I know it produces a couple HP less than the Edge Evolution, and doesn't have that nifty dash top display. But it DOES give a good power tuning and MPG improvement on 87 octane pump gas. Where I go even 89 octane can be hard to find sometimes.
Fram Boost CAI
Long tube headers, high flow cats (2 not 4!), Magnaflow True-X muffler, and side behind the tire exit.
Fabtech 6" lift with Coil Overs. I have been reading owner reviews, and this seems to be the best lift aside from the Rize. And something about that lift makes me nervous. Can't say what...
1 more Pro Comp 17x9 1089 wheel for a matching spare.
35x12.50/17 Maxxis Bighorns. 5. Yes I said Maxxis Bighorns. I have been doing a LOT of reading, and talking to guys in the 4x4 club. These tires get rave reviews from almost everybody. Sure you will see one or two detractors. But that is with anything. IF I cannot fit a 35 in the spare tire pocket, I have to rethink this whole thing mind you...
Detroit Truetrac front and rear gear drive limited slips. 4.56 gears.
Redo the brakes again with another set of EBC Greenstuff 6000s, but with drilled and slotted rotors this time.
Milemarker Extreme winch mount / brush guard. Either mate the side arms if they will fit from my current Hunter, or weld in the headlight protector tubes.
Milemarker 10.5K Hydraulic 2 speed winch and accessories.
Bedrug.
King Ranch bedrail and tailgate caps.
Non chromed bumpers.
EGR flares.
1 more set off road lights.
Taillight protectors.
Custom 2 tone paint scheme. Bumpers, lower strip, flares, grille, hood center, nerf bars, grille guard, and taillight protectors all painted Dark Stone. Grille insert honeycomb, door, and tailgate handles painted Airzona Beige. (Full Arizona Beige, not Mark LT with painted buckets and chrome handles) Dark Stone Pinstiping.
Hatchie Bottom shadowgrass cammo seat covers.
AM/FM/CD/DVD/MP3 deck.
In dash mounted AM/SSB 40 channel CB with power mic, roger beep, echo, and extension speaker mounted in kick panel (the one under the center of the dash).
Finally mount up my 102" whip.
RV trailer wiring and brake controller.
HD Transmission cooler.
Smoked Headlights and Taillight lenses. I think they were Hellas I was looking at.
Scotch guard the snot out of my interior.
And lastly, a loaded out Navigator for my fiancee, and the kids we will be working on making.... The '03-06 model. The '07 updates look kinda funky to me.
Now that was dreamland. What am I actually likely to do?
Maxxis Bighorn 305/70R17 Saving up for this. Probably have to do it on a 5 payday month.
TrueTracs and 4.56s. Installed with the help of an experienced friend. Put money aside for this. By end of next year hopefully.
Hypertech Power Programmer III. Tax Refund Check. This should improve MPG.
Keep on of my current 285/70R17 BFG ATs as a spare on the stock steel wheel. Cost of mounting and balancing.
EGR Flares. I see these all the time for $199.00. Put money aside for this.
Bedrug. Put money aside for this. $390.00 locally. I think I can do better.
Rework my existing AM/SSB 40 channel CB. Mount it in the lower dash pocket. No money out.
Mount the 102" on the rear bumper. No money out. Say hello to a half inch hole in the rear bumper!
Magnaflow muffler. Custom bent tubes from a friends shop. SS tip from Autozone. Shop made cat back basically. Already have the muffler. Given to me as a take out from a wreck. Pay for tube.
Dig out the set of KCs I had on my Baja Bug back in the late 80s from the garage, repaint them, put bulbs in them, mount em up and wire them in! $30.00 for bulbs and wiring harness.
Build my own HD rear bumper. I have friends that can help with this...
With all my other projects this won't happen fast. But payoff day is coming up fast, and I can dump money into mods when payoff is done!
