Question What size of gears

im gettin new gears soon and i need to know what size are they 8.8 inch gears im lookin to upgrade to 4.10 gears

Don't really get the question...... I think you want 4:10 gears for an 8.8" rear end. If that's a 4x4 get two.

On an STX with the 4.6L, I believe you have 8.8" front and rear. The 5.4L equipped trucks have 9.75" rear and some kind of 8.8" IFS up front. Except the Heavy Duty Payload Package F-150's which have a 10.25" rear 4.10 axle ratio. Confusing?

not sure about the 4.6, but i know the 5.4l 4x4 is a ford 9.75" in the rear and reverse cut 8.8 in front, and i think 5.4/ 2wd is also 9.75 rear
