I suppose the AAL or AS Rear Lift would prevent this, but it seems like you’d return to the original issue... slight rake (just w/ larger tires).
With my rear axle solidly planted on the bump stops, I can honestly say my 285s had PLENTY of room all the way around them, no rubbing.

Problems- Popping during sharp turns. Getting it checked out today hopefully. Any ideas on whats causing the popping would be great help. I can feel it when it happens, but haven't pinpointed the issue yet.!
Help!!!
Lift kit was fine, One of the bolts in my lower control arm didn't get tightened up good enough after my alignment and the alignment got way off. The bolt was tight enough that it wouldn't slide easily but during hard turns it would move a little which is what caused the sound. Took it to the shop last night and had it realigned. Everything is good now. I choose the CCM kit because it has the offset, and it comes powder coated for $70 +$13 shipping. Install of the spacers and alignment set me back whatever it will cost to take my brother-in-law and sister out to dinner next weekend! Did I mention he is getting me 325/60 18 Toyos for $179 a tire? I may even have to buy him a few drinks!

04 XLT 2WD Supercab. NCD 2 1/2" off Ebay. Just removed them today. Made the front end sit higher than rear, and I never liked how close the upper control arm sits to the coil. It would contact the coil when jacked up, so a good pothole????? Truck rides better without the kit. I'm gonna try the rear lowering set up now.

how did the kit affect your ride? all your doing is raising the front of the truck...

unless your kit was one of those that required a coil-over disassembly?
