Those are just installation scratches. There is no way around it because of the tight spaces that you have to work with. You have to fish the strut assembly back in there, and you are bound to get a few scratches. Touch up paint right now will do the trick.

I have the same marks on the coil springs.When I was doing the AS install this past weekend,it happen to mine.I have been thinking of making a limit stop for the top A-arms.I will see what I can come up with.
