How long to wait before lifting?

As you know I just got the new truck a couple weekends ago. So far I have ran up 300 miles on it. Winter has gotten pretty nasty here lately so it's been in the garage for over a week. It will probaly be another month or so before the weather starts to break. So I was planning on having the lift and tires that are laying in the garage installed in March(before I go to the Martinsville Nascar Race). It's begining to look like the truck may not even have 1000 miles on it. Should I put the lift on anyway? Or should I do some extra driving and try to get the miles up over 3k before installing the lift?

The sooner the better. You have more self control than me if you have the lift and tire sitting in the garage!

The dealerships here will have the lift installed at time of purchase.

I definetly wouldn't have this much self control if it wasn't for the weather being so crappy. But I am going to back the truck out of the garage tomorrow and snap some pictures after a wash and wax. Temps are finally going to be over 32 tomorrow, only to go back down Monday/Tuesday. I figured it would be good to clean her up for a photo shoot. I need to get some pic's for you guys.
