If they make things right than I'd stay there since apparently they want to take care of you. If not, talk to people and find a dealer who will better serve you.

If possible, find another dealer to do your service. You may find a nicer well managed service department else ware and it is clear that you never want "Ralphy Boy" involved in any service decisions for your vehicle. Who cares how they treat you now. You had a service advisor confront you when you tried to get help! These are independent dealers, let that dealer be a little more independent without your business.

That service advisor that confronted you should be in line for food stamps next week. Extremely poor service first, and attitude most of all.
