are the chrome over plastic ones replacements or just bolt overs?? i have the Kingranch with the H-style grille so i need the complete replacement (besides the outside trim) i can't tell from the roush site if the billet one or the chrome over plastic one is full replacement. i like the look of the chrome over plastic one but i want to know if it looks cheap in person or great? thanks
