I haven't been on this site for quite a while so maybe this is old news but has anyone looked through this?:

If the link doesn't work, go to helminc.com and follow the Ford Motor Company button at the top left through to Service and Owner information and input 2004 / F150. Leave the search for "all documents" and look at the 6 pages. I hate to think I would need to pay for the information but I know there are some at war with their Dealer who would be glad to.
