Truck shakes!!!

My truck shakes very bad when braking!!! Anyone else's truck do this? I am assuming it is the brakes. Is there a recall or anything I should know about? Or is this just because of my lift and tires?

I believe their was a recall for a problem with the brakes, but im not 100% sure what it was about. Its been discused before. You probably just have a warped rotor(s).

My truck had the shakes while breaking.
My rotors were replaced per TSB 05-21-19.

My truck does something similar to that, It shakes very little but when coming to a stop (I.E. stop light, stop sign) the harder I apply pressure to the brakes the more the steering wheel jerks to the right or the left.

It is probably your wheels. If you had bought 951s or Hulks you wouldn't have this problem

Seriously though, sounds like warped rotors to me.

Yes, there is a TSB out there for this issue. However, the will only perform the TSB (for free) while the truck is under warranty. After that, you have to pay for it yourself. And if you're going that route, you're better off getting some high-qualiity aftermarket rotors. Tirerack has a few options to choose from.
