I just picked up a 2007 FX2.
I will be using this as my DD and also to pull my Lightning.
Anyone have any comments

I allready have all that only its on the Lightning

 

It will pull fine in stock form. Only thing I would invest in, is a brake controller if your trailer has electic brakes.

Mine did not have the chrome tip , it did have leather interior, 20" wheels and Perelli scorpion tires

 

Iv'e had mine for about 3 months now and i love it...

 

Hope they are still making them in 08 or 09 when I am ready for a new truck.

 

Im guessing they should unless they come back from that huge loss they announced today i think it was about 16 billion or something like that... Maybe then we get the lightning back
