I have the worst luck.

WTF! Ok, today I get my truck back from the dealership after them fixing my emergency brake system. It was free so its not that bad. But on the way to burger king, i tryed to squeeze between a car and the curb to get into the turn lane, and well i was doing good but then i went up onto the curb. Well, after burger king i started to drive home and 5 minutes into the drive i hear a squeaking noise, then my truck starts to vibrate BAD!! I think I bent a rim. Thats the only reason, unless ford did a crappy job with my rear end. If my rims are bent then I guess that gives me the go ahead on buying some Moto Metal 951's. Do they come in 18'" or just 20"?

If you hit the front, you may have jacked up the alignment.

My question is how fast were you going when you hit that curb? No matter how shoddy the craftsmanship might be, bumping a curb will not throw you alignment out of whack & cause a bad vibration. If it did, no one in the world would have a car that drove correctly. I would say something else is wrong but who knows, it might have been the curb hit.

KC-10 FE out...

Not even 5mph, i was creeping up casue it was rush hour and i was trying to squeeze by. I know its a crazy idea, but unless the dealership messed up big time, its the only thing that could explain it.

If you bent the rim, you would notice it right after getting up to speed the first thing, not 5 minutes into the drive. Bent rims do not squeak, but a dragging parking brake does. I'll bet that the stealership did not do the e-brake fix correctly. What you heard was the parking brake "breaking" again then binding up causing the vibration. Stuck parking brakes are notorious for causing a vibration. Check to see if the p-brake housing is warm to the touch after driving it. I'll bet that you will be visiting the dealer again for another "fix". Good luck.

Your parking brake may need to be readjusted. It sounds like it may be dragging, that will cause the vibrating you described.

Unless you knocked a balancing weight off. But it sounds like the e brake still needs some work.

I know how you feel man. Today I realized the inner sides of both my front tires are worn down pretty bad and I only have 5,000 miles on em. I have been waiting on the bumper I bought on ebay to get here for a month and both my rear wheels are starting to rust.

Sounds like the dealership messed something up, you wouldn't bend a wheel at 5 mph unless you were running about 5 psi. The stock wheels are pretty strong. I'd have them check out the E-Brake, it's probally sticking.
