I must be retarded, or just very special. I cant seem to find the Fuse Panel in the truck. The manual says its under the instrument panel on the right side. I tore out a couple access panels, but still cant find it.
Anyone have more guidance, Must be the no coffee thing.

 

The Passenger side kick panel. There is a little plastic "door" on it which comes off.

 

Also you better be small to fit in the on the floor to get in there... Also have a flash light handy bc it is hard to see in there also.

I find it to be a very stupid place for the location but that might just be me.

 

Found it, thanx mustang. What a messed up place to put it, im a big guy, and its hard as hell for me to get in there. And of course, no damn spare fuses. Another trip to autozone.
