thinking of selling F150

I am thinking of selling my lifted 04 f150 because of gas mileage and because I already have a lightning and it eats enough gas. But I am thinking of getting an 03 or 04 cobra

you really think a terminator is going to get much better gas milage?

Sell the lightning and get the cobra. Fast car and big truck, what could be better.

If you want to swap, I wouldnt base it on gas...not given your options. If you want to save gas buy a Honda.

You've got the best of both worlds right now!

Just my thoughts

03-04 cobra can still make mid 20 mpg...which compared to a lifted f150 is quite a bit more.

My two friends are brothers and one has a 03 Streeda and the other has a 03 Saleen, and they only get 12 to 14 mpg, and I thought that cobra has a lot more muscle?

The real question is who would lift their truck and be concerned about gas mileage. .

I bought it with the lift kit on it and at first I didnt care about the gas mileage but know instead of being able to do stuff to the lightning I have to fill the other one with gas. Also I would not sell the lightning because I have too much into it.

My '03 Cobra, tuned by Mike Troyer laid down 478/505, ran 11:22's @121mph and averaged 23-24 mpg on the highway running 70mph with the cruise..
'01 Lightning made 490/615, ran 12.00's at 115 and averaged 17-18 mpg running 70mpg on the highway with the cruise..Both made many trips from Ohio to Mikes shop in Virginia do this...

** both were tuned for and running 94 octane

You can still get decent mileage out of the Cobra when you want to. A lifted truck however, you can't.
