Amp and Sub hookup

Alright i've searched a bit and i've read a bit but i dont fully grasp it. Heres my question. (don't knock the equipment, i just have it from a while back so why not throw it in)

Anyway, i have a Sony Explod XS-L101PS Subwoofer (1100W) and a XM-D400P5 Sony Amplifier.

I want a bit more bass in my truck, how would i hook this up to my stock system. (6 disc MP3 in dash, stock on 07 XLT).

Thanks guys!

The best way would be to get a couple line level converters (high power to low/signal level). Run the sub amp off the rear outputs, and the front off of the front level. Then you could kind of balance the system out with the fader...Not optimal, but do-able.

That amp also has speaker level inputs. You can run wire from the factory head unit speaker outputs right to the amp.
