well i had mine in the shop for two days there is some kind of noise like a fan running with a bad bearing when the heater is off i have an 06 with climate control it does not do it all the time it waits till the truck is warmed up and i turn the heat off something is running and its noisy they took the dash out and replaced the inlet door actuator it was fine for most of the day but the noise is back now any one else have this ? sometimes if i turn the heat back on it will go away for a while

 

Had same noise,look under dash passenger side for the blower motor take 3 screws out and drop fan.It will only make the sqeek or clicking when it was in its upright position,bought fan at ford for $81.00 problem solved.
