Well, I bought my FX4 because I wanted a tough 4X4. And it was the only option besides the Z71 but the Chevy design was just to old. Dodge had the Power Wagon but there’s just no way ya gonna get me in a Dodge. Nissan & Toyota was not an option either. After looking at them all anyway, the Ford was the best choice for me. Better designed all the way around than the competition IMO. Also they look so good with a lift

I got mine because it looks soooo much better than any Dodge, chevy, nissan or whatever.

 

I bought my fx4 because it was the only truck on the lot that was priced wrong.

 

I bought mine because it looked like this....I just couldn't help myself.

 

Blue Oval, enough said... No wait... i think it was because of the chicks... And the thought of driving a dodge makes me question my sexuality, and the newer chevy's headlights remind me of angry eyebrows.

I got mine because I always liked the new style(+04) since I saw the first one.
The other trucks didn't make the same effect.
Well.., the new silverados look real fine, but still, I think I would end up with my FX4.

I wasn't going to buy any, as my 2001 F150 was working fine and I liked it very much.
But I happen to have some $$$ so I went for it.

After one year I'm very happy with it.

Started with an 04 FX4, traded for a totally loaded 05 Lariat, then in 06, went back to the FX4. I just like the FX4's better..

 

I like BestNTx's truck. That's pretty much the exact truck that I'm thinking about ordering.
