well i was installing my new Kicker CVX this morning and i had the truck turned on for awhile on just the key, when i went to start it the battery felt week like it almost didnt wanna turn over, and after that my edge didnt do anything its just dark when i start the truck like its not plugged in or something, i tryed calling edge but there not open yet i guess? so do you all have any advice?? thanks!!!

 

Im sure you tried it but unplug it while the truck is running and plug it back in.

Mine did that right after i got it, the battery was dead like the truck was left on all night, so i unplugged it while the truck was dead, jump started the truck and drove it for a day to get the battery charged back up. Then started over with my edge, plug it in, turn the key on and set it back to stage 3, and everything have been fine ever since.
