I have the same light bought from REVOTEC on E-bay. It is plug and play and a good light. Some sellers ship with a new gasket some dont. REVOTEC does. The only thing ive seen others have problems with is tightening them to tight and breaking the housing and also there was a few sold that the cargo lights didnt fit in because they were to tight. Mine was perfect! Pics in gallery....

I also have the light from Revotec. Exactly the same as the one pictured. Mine came with a very nice thick gasket and it was completely plug and play. I really love the look of the light. It compliments the stock taillamps much better than the 'out of place clear' factory lamp ever could. I have two regrets reguarding it's performance. The LED's are not as bright as the stock thrid brake lamp bulb. They work fine I just wish they were a little brighter. Also the cargo lights are extremely bright but not correctly aimed. Most of the light is thrown over the cargo box and actually blinds people standing at the tailgate. Light output into the box itself is about the same as stock. I like the look of the light enough on my truck that it is going to stay on even with these slight complaints.

Revotec does come with a very nice gasket. There are a half dozen members that have bought from them "myself included" and they all came with gaskets. Perhaps he doesnt know they are in the box!

Got mine on ebay from Proexhaust...$59.00
If alltogether possible get it elsewhere. Needed numerous emails with them to finally get it shipped. Then it still took over 2 weeks to arrive. Have to say light works and it included thick gasket.
