New Grille....want opinions??

I just got in from installing my new grille and headlights, many people have loved the look, im just not sure about the grille with the headlights. I was wondering what some of you guys might think. One idea I had ,was to take the painted surround off my stock grille and put it where the outside piece is on the chrome grille?

Say what now? That's alotto chrome. I would either go paint matched with the mesh grill and leave the framing chrome or leave the mesh chrome and paint match the framing to our body paint color. IMO of course...

I think a painted grill surround would look better. When I bought my truck I was kinda disappointed that I had a painted surround instead of chrome, but I like my painted one better.

I think it would look better if you got the surround painted. Truck looks nice.

what i was saying is that my stock grille already has the painted surround. I was saying i could take the chrome surround off of my new grille, and replace it with my painted stock surround.

It is called a bar style grille. There is only one place I know of that sells the actual grille, not a cover.
