With lines like this in the item's description:

No Installation Instruction Provided

Total shipping and handling fees:
$42.00 for US domestic bidders

All sales are final, there is no warranty and refund.

All sales are final, item sold "As is" no warranty is expressed or implied unless otherwise stated

I doubt if I would buy from this seller.

Don't see the problem.
High shipping (and his is not that high) is how you make any money selling on e-bay due to the rules of the company.
All sales are final is normal on an auction. I see in several of the feedbacks that they made good on problems.
You do not need instructions (which would be in indecipherable Chinglish anyway) to change a headlight.
Read his feed back. It's pretty darn good and he has 17000 of them...
Never bought from him and I don't know that I would like his stuff, but he does seem reputable.
Chris

I sell baseball cards on eBay and also own a clothing store in my hometown. All of his rules are not out of line, and it looks like he fixes the problem if there is one. Communication and honesty between buyers and sellers is key, and if that exists, all problems can usually be fixed.

My biggest problem is the lack of a warranty. To compare a headlight assembly to a baseball card is absurd. The light has electronics, wires etc all of which could be defective. Baseball cards do not have moving parts or electronics, which might contain defects. As much as I would like to add a better set of headlights to my truck I don't think that I would go with these. He could be a fine seller I just don't like the way he chooses to run his auction, therefore I choose not to do business with him. If you don’t mind these practices then by all means buy a set and report on how they work.

For show they look unique and nice.
For lighting performance, you can forget about it. Probably beter off with stock headlights.

They are projectors that are similar to what you would find on an Infiniti Q45 vehicle. I believe HIDPlanet did a retrofit to get the Q45 projectors to fit in his truck. The Ebay lights are not the same as the real deal, but for looks, they are appealing.

Yeah i saw those too, they look pretty good considering the almost-same stock look. You know what I mean, how other projectors completely change the stock look. Those actually keep it looking very much the same

It says it is a HID Halo. I did buy a set of black projectors for our truck and love the way it looks. The light output is not very good, though.
