Bingo!

I've had that problem around 60 mph, it just depends on where I set my shift points though. It does seem like it does unlock and lock pretty harsh. I'm not so sure what to do to tone it down.

I haven't tried it to confirm this yet. So if I turn off the OD it will stop the shuddering?

It helps mine without a doubt. I usually just stay below 58 mph or above 61 mph and it avoids the TC locking and unlocking over and over but of course this is going to be different with your vehicle. I'm sure the larger tires, difference in shift points besides other parameters would cause it to be different but basically the same principle.

I've been running mine on stock settings for the past few days and noticed the shudder while running stock. It's not there for level 2 but it is the worst while setting on level 3.

The shudder is there with my cruise set and going down an incline while running stock. And the shudder is there all the time between 60 - 75 while running level 3.

your torque converter locks when u are at cruising speed. ever notice after your truck shifts into overdrive a few seconds later the rpm's drop again like it went into another gear? that is because the converter in locked, it is to lower rpm's at highway driving.

You need to get the dealer to reflash your pcm. I have read some post from others that had the shudder with the original stock programming and after the dealer reflash it with the current programming it fixed it.

i get the shutter pretty bad on mine too. only on level 3. at times it feels like the truck is going over a washboard road. itll only shudder if i go over a rough part of the fwy. i can make it shudder in od if i move my foot up and down on the gas really quickly...simulating the bouncing that happens when going over a rough part of fwy. if the fwy is smooth then i get no shudder. im on level two now cause it drove me crazy. im sure edge knows about it, but they probably have no answer for it.

So how many have had the shudder on level 3 and then had it go away later?
