Bed rail ???
How do I take off the bed rail caps, I don't want to do a HULK thing and try to pull it off and it tear to h**l and back.

I'm 99.9% certain that they're just 'snapped' in there with plastic 'snaps'. Look under the lip of your rail from the bed and you'll see what I'm talking about...

I think you just have to 'hulk' it.
